Shipping

1. once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email.All orders billing and shipping address must MATCH.

2.Please note processing period takes 5-7 business days for non colored hair. For colored hair  and colored wigs 7-10 business days depending on dye specifications.

3.After processing period , a shipping label will be created and you will receive a updated email with a tracking number.

4. Final step your package will be shipped out to you 3-5 business days priority mail for non colored hair . For colored hair  5  business days priority mail shipping  and also for colored wigs  the same time period. Please understand Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

5. We do not offer express shipping at this time. During holiday season, please expect a potential delay with your order.

                             Lost/ Stolen packages

1. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replace.

2.All packages come with a tracking number.

3.If your not home on expected arrival date/ time you can request FEDEX to have your package held  at your local FEDEX post office.

4. All orders will require signature for delivery.
